EXCELLENT!! Everyone was super patient from the time we entered. My mom is elderly and is not the easiest patient. They did not lose their patience with her the entire time even when she was having a hard time following the instructions. It literally took them double the time they would take with any other person but they kept their cool and made sure all her tests were completed. I am in awe of how well they handle the situation from beginning to end. I highly recommend this office for eye care needs. The doctor is extremely nice as well and patient as well!

The staff from the front office to the technicians to the doctor are BEYOND patient! They deserve a reward for all the time they spent with my mom. She is elderly and not always the most cooperative patient, but they made sure she got all test completed. It took them double the time they would spend with most but they stayed the course and did not lose their patience once. I appreciate how they handled the situation because some would people would have understandably lost their patience. I definitely recommend this location. They do a magnificent job!!!

I have been a happy patient for past 6 years now. Dr Jiwani has been helping me with my dry eye problem since past 6 years. I have been suffering from dry eyes from more than 12 years and have been to several specialists in Houston and outside Houston. I came across him at Cizik eye and he prescribed me Scleral lenses for my dry eyes. When he moved to his private practice I followed him there and got my Optilight treatment done. Both scleral lenses and Optilight helped improve my symptoms tremendously. From the point where I could not keep my eyes open to going back full time to my work, all the credit goes to Dr Jiwani. I refer all my friends and family to him. He is a thorough gentleman who is very kind, soft spoken and a doctor who loves his patients and cares for them.

I went to Dr Jiwani for my eye infection that I had. He recommended me some procedure and at first I thought what is the point of this procedure and how is it related to my eye infection, so I left his office and went to another doctor for a second opinion. He prescribed me some eye drops which I used for several days without getting any better. I went back again to that doctor who then referred me back to Dr Jiwani for the procedure telling me that Dr Jiwani is an expert for blefaritis condition. I came back to Dr Jiwani and we did the procedure that helped me clear my eye infection in 2 days and I am very happy now that I came back. He truly is a smart doc and I believe I should have trusted his decision in the first place.
